Valencia has been in the fitness industry for over 16 years! She specializes in all areas of fitness including, weight loss, muscle gain (bodybuilding), strength & conditioning, cardiovascular exercise, athletic performance, basic concepts of nutrition and much more!
She started her fitness career in California, which is probably one of the most fittest places in the United States! She moved to Texas at the end of 2019 to open her gym vFiT. Her gym survived a global pandemic and has had much success since.
“When I got to Houston, I realized how much of an epidemic morbid obesity was! In fact, people out here said it was “normal” It’s not normal! I want to help beat this epidemic! We should not be losing millions of people every year from being overweight.”
In January 2022 Valencia decided to help three morbidly obese individuals to slowly launch her nonprofit. While working with the three she discovered that these individuals needed more than working out and moving daily, they need psychological support and nutritional guidance.
In her program she wants to help morbid obese individuals get there life back and be able to live! She wants to help educate, provide a safe space for exercise, provide mental health and nutrition guidance and upon program success individuals will have the opportunity for weight loss or skin removal surgery.
